Wrng activation of girl love guru pack by number 59595007, my mobile no. 9470358064

on 22/02 a plan is wrongly activated by bsnl, I have not activated, Please deactivate all plan. At present I am in Pune and customer care is not able to deactivate and not able to help about Jharkhand Shim. I am not able to talk jharkhand customer care. Please help & deactivate all plan. message came from 59595007, Rs 7 has been deducted and love plan renewed for 7 days, please deactivate immediately. I am help less in pune.
