BSNL Prepaid Mobile
Value added service

Sir,

I am using the BSNL prepaid mobile (No. 9486788020). I have received a message that "FEVER" pack has been activated and some amount was deducted from my account. I never requested for any value added service. I do not even know what is FEVER pack. I have tried for deactivate as per their instructions but i could not. As per the TRAI regulations, the consumer's consent should be obtained before such activation. So i request you to deactivate the value added service at once.
