Bsnl prepaid mobile card
NATIONAL ROAMING NOT WORKING

My Mobile number is 9408228878. I m using this Mobile from last 3 years. My national roaming is never ever work other states. I travel from Gujarat to Rajasthan, UP, Delhi. I get the cell one Logo getting the full signal but not able to connect the call.

If some one call to me just get the response not reachable, Or just engage.

Please help me I need to resolve this issue. I m right now Out of gujarat unable to received any call not able to used my mbile as well.
