BSNL Prepaid mobile connection
To transfer my bsnl prepaid mobile connection in to BSNL postpaid mobile connection with balance

Dear sir,

I Sushil Bhandari. I am customer of BSNL Prepaid mobile connection in Maharastra state. In maharastra BSNL launched agri plan (postpaid). I wish transfer my prepaid mo. no.(09423732893) in to postpaid. But in my mobile I have balance Rs.6463.55/- I cant transfer my plan due to my balance.

I am reuesting to you, please transfer my balance as advanced bill & give me permission for transfer my plan. Please give guideline to BSNL about this.

Many of customer facing this problem, but they are not complaining to you. If you give perfect guideline, it helps to all customers in Lakhs who wish this type of facilities.
