BSNL Prepaid mobile connection
To regin the my BSNL prepaid mobile balance

Respected sir,

I Santosh Bhandari, my mobile number is 09420753020. In my mobile I am having BSNL prepaid sim card, balance is above Rs.3000/-. I lost my sim card in few days. Then I complained to the BSNL office. After that I get new sim card from BSNL office, but i did not get my prepaid balance. After enquiry I geet the answer ‘The Validity Period is over of that sim card’ from BSNL office.

The balance Rs.3000/- is much big amount. So I want my balance back.
