Unwanted deduction of money

Sir my mobile number is 9421052957 and my name is Shivendra Kumar Pandey. Already I lodged a complaint of unwanted sms comimg from service provider in customer care office and my docket no is 4921321 dated 10 Apr 11 but no action has been taken. Instead of that, more money has been deducted for renewal chat messenger (30/- Rs) and I request you again to take necessary action.
