Migration of plan with out changing numbe

Sir,

I am bsnl (general plan) prepaid customer for past one year. Now BSNL has introduced a new plan viz"BSNL Mithra". I want to migrate to new plan with out changing my number. But this facility provided by BSNL for the existing customer. But this offer is provided to the other mobile providers with out lossing their number by way of number portability. so i request you to take steps to provide this offers to the existing BSNL customers also
