Unauthorised account deductions

I lot of times complient to customer care centres, but clear complient tempororly, my problem is (my mobile No-94402 00956) i attended meeting and some times change sim (low battery) that time switched off / sim change that every time deduct my balance Rs. 2/-(Two Rupees) the mobile nunber use last one and half year the problem continue last one and half year.i lost aprox 200 or 225 rupees till date, so kindly request solve my problem.
