Bsnl prepaid service
Deactivation of caller tunes

My BSNL prepaid mobile connection is 9481483174. Few months ago the caller tunes was activated without any initiative on my part. Despite many attempts at calling their customer service number i have not been able to dectivate.By now at least Rs 100/- if not more has been deducted from my account. I requet you to take immediate action and stop this illegal and unwanted service.
