Customer care executives are not attending phone

I am the user and of the BSNL prepaid mobile no 9401770925 Iit is more than a week when ever I am calling the customer care centere No.9400024365no one attending the phone. Further the same problem occurs to my cousin Umapathi Mobile No.9401770753 that unauthrisedly deducting money for devotional songs as he never applied for providing the devotional songs. This practice continuing last two months onwords. So humble request is that kindly stop this practice of deducting moey with out any demand from our side for installing devotional songs. Further please take care of your custumer care or call centere providing service to customers.
