BSNL PREPAID SIM
Not unsubscribe my value added survicess and Network problum

I have a bsnl prepaid sim, on my sim activated sum value aded survices but i cant intrsted in this, so i want to unsubscribe it, but it was not unsubscribe i wil try many times but i cn't succdss. Plz help .. And in gzb. Region the network Is very bad. In bsnl. I cant recive or create any cll in any time
