BSNL PREPAID SIM
Sim not activate

I had purchased a bsnl prepaid sim from m/s Chardikala Communication (main bazar, Ambala-Chandigarh road Zirakpur) on 1st April at the cost of rs.140/- & submit all my relevent document pan card, driving license with local address of zirakpur. on the assurance of that the bsnl will take time & same will be activated in two days. Till today

even after lot of calls to seller we had not received any response, apart from that he had misbehaved with me. I am very dissatisfied with service of the same.
