AMBOUNT DEDUCTION

My BSNL PREPAID CARD under VINADISARAL scheme. My amount rs.25 has been deducted from my account for caller tune. But I never requested for them. PLEASE ARRANGE TO GET BACK THE AMOUNT AND PLEASE SUGGEST FOR FUTURE WHAT SHALL I DO to prevent these unncessary things and unnecessary messages.
