My landline, Baner Pashan Link Rd, Pune, has been dead / malfunctioning for last 8 weeks and repeated complaints, oral and written have not been attended to. I am told there is a technical problem which only a certain Mr Patel can address but Mr Patel is on leave.

I applied fo a wi fi connection 6 weeks ago and once more i am told that only Mr Patel can explian the delay due to a technical error. But where is Mr Patel???

I am sure this complaint too will be just one more in the long ist that isee here on the web!

How do we make our systems more responsive, responsible and accountable to the customer???
