Balance cut

Sir,

I am Hemal patel. I have taken 3 BSNL prepad Group card. in this card we can talk each other free daily chares on 1rs on each card. But it didn't work.my mobile no is 9408809047and another group card no is 9408823053 so I have called on this no so my 32Rs Balance was cut. And that plan is not working. I have complained so 6 to 7 times to customer care center. They said your card is group card and next time your

balance is not cut when you call on group card no but every time daily 1 Rs cut plus whenever I called on this no. depend on call time extra balance is cut.
