Not giving responce against amount deduction

Dear Sir,

BSNL activated service for yahoo masanger on My Mobile No-9466831011 in the month of Dec.2010 and deduct an amount of Rs.-30 for Dec. and also deduct again Rs.-30/- on 23.01.2011.

I have complaint on dated 23.01.2011 for deactivate this service vide complent No-A23HR502159 but in 22.02.2011 they have again deduct Rs.-30/- for this services and i have again complained dt- 23.02.2011 vide no- B23HR775631 but till we have not received any massage from BSNL regarding deactivate this service and refund for Rs.-30/- which deduct after complaint.
