Poor Service

Sir, i took a connection form BSNL Ernakulam Circle last month and i made an offer Rs. 300/- worth so that i can call all bsnl mobil and land @ free of cost. But there comes the problem, i cant utilize the offer effectively because of poor service reception. All the time the network is jam and i cant hear the voice in clear. I will have to call more than 5 times to connect a single call. A very few times i charged also to call to a land number. This is a serious fraud i think. Actually i have taken the connection for to call BSNL phones. I have some clients and friend they are using BSNL.

I lost my money and time take and use bsnl. Whne i try to contact their customer care but i didn't get in line all those times, so i drop it. My number is 9400175119.
