BSNL service provider not functioning well

My number is 9410852858. I am a user of BSNL mobile SIM. For the past 12 days, the SIM is not reachable. I am neither able to receive calls no dial to anyone. I tried to reach costumer care number many times but like others, that number too was unreachable. however, I called them up by another BSNL number but they didn't heed my complaint. Instead, kept delaying it for 1 long hour. I am facing a lot of inconvenience because of this nuisance. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
