I am a BSNL customer having an prepaid mobile plan called students suvidha introduced by kerala BSNL exclusive for students. In it they had offered free 2000sms/month, 49p for /min call etc.

But due to new TRAI Rule kerala bsnl had stopped all plans including students suvidha and bought new plan s which cost high for customer s. They cancelled all the freebys offered.

The new plans require monthly cost to be alive. They eliminated the validity for top up s and other recharges too forcing the cstomers to spend high amount monthly to use the connection.

Kindly revirse this and let the customers have the plan they had opted.

Please give customers freedom and protect them from this malpractice s.
