BSNL Tamil Nadu - Landline
Line with Lot of distrubance

Sir, my land line is 04344-223029, Tamil Nadu - Hosur, Past one and half month problem with the line, i could not hear the voice of other end person, lot of disturbance (heavy noise like, sparking sound) i registered a complaint (198) through phone more than 6 times, but simply they closed my complaints without rectifying it, when i register every time it considers as a new complaint (means already registered complaint closed), two weeks back a line man came and changed the line to another TB (Pole), but problem not sorted out, again i registered a complaint but NO action taken, i personally met A.E of Hosur on 19.12.09 & he assured me that the problem will be sorted out, but still now no action, i am the customer of BSNL since more than 10 years, i am very unhappy with the service now, Finaly I registered on-line complaint through BSNL site on 30.12.09, complaint service request no is 22265330912300001, Hope they will sort it out, otherwise i have to surrender my connection, no other solution.
