Dear Sir,

My Name is Bharat Tiwari R/o H. No. E-6/1 Staff colony, Vikram Nagar, Post. Khor, Teh. Jawad, Distt. Neemuch (MP) my Tel no was 235511, I had surrendered BSNL landline after paying all the outstanding amount on 30st june and I have been told that refund cheque/DD wil be sent to my address. But i didn't receive any DD from them. I request concerned department to look in to matter and send me the DD as soon as possible.
