I have an internet connection from BSNL which is my bread-winner due to my job that I work online. The same has not been working the last 12 days, and complaints made personally, through internet and through voice call, but there has been no response. Despite informing officials of the GM office in Kalmandapam that the issue would be take up to consumer forum, they have said go ahead without any hesitation or intent of resolving the issue. I get paid Rs.250/- per hour and have lost my income due to this issue. Kindly support in helping me with this problem
