BSNL telephone service
Unauthorized charge

I use a telephone connection No. 0832-2417277, and a broadband connection for the internet axcess. For a couple of months I have been forced upon a amount of Rs 200.00 in every bill, from the telephone department towards a feature " GAMES ON DEMAND", a feature I have never asked for, nor in writing to the department concerned. I have made repeated complains to the office, about tyhis error, and now also written to the head PGM incharged, but still recieved a bill with this extra charge. I have also called the helpline number of this service to disconnect this service I have never asked for. Nothing is taking place till date. I have informed the dept, but they don't seem to take my complain. What do I do??? Am really upset and harrassed.
