Phone is not working in proper menno

My telephone no is 2555009 is having braught band also but i am not satisfy with their servic e since 10-month my phone is not properly working it will work only 3 to 5 Days in a month rest of all the days is not working were as we R paying every monthly.

If it is not working then why we hv to pay either we hv to discunnect the phone if not work in furture please advice what is to be done.

Now a days is phone no it means Degital name of the person and we do not knowne that who R having my nos.

your advice is a waited.
