NON-CREDITING OF TOPUPPED AMOUNT RS 55 IN BSNL MOBILE PREPAID NO. 9402240342

On 27th October an online payment of amount Rs 55 was done through net banking (SBI) for TOPUP of BSNL PREPAID MOBILE NO. 9402240342. However, the said amount was deducted from my account after online payment and the TRANSACTION ID received was TXT2710200900394. But with much regret to say that till today the amount was not credited to the aforementioned mobile number.

The matter was focussed to Customer Care (9400024365) several times and Complaint No. registered on this issue are

i) 3834927

ii) 3967192

Till date no positive action is taken from their side. Hence it is my earnest request to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
