POOR Customer Service

Sir,

My telephone no 2705829 is so noisy and i could'nt hear a word when somebody calls for the last 6 months. Now the phone is dead. I have complained repeatedly but nothing happened till now. Finally i made a complaint to the Customer care on 13.6.11 and no response. So I am forced to Complaint to the higher Authoritiesin Telecom Dept. New Delhi and to the Hon. Central Telecom Minister, of BSNL's poor Customer care and poor service to your valuable customer (as BSNL always says) and cancell the connection within a few days. Any way i am looking forward for your Action and co operation in this matter.
