Lanline is not working

My landline connection for both office and home is not working from past 4 months.

May times I have did complains, even I went to BSNL office personally and meet with senior managers still its not working.

I am really facing problem because of this, My business is totally depend over phone and its highly impacted by this. Request you to please take necessary action and give wavier of landline bills too and compensation against the harassment

It’s a real harassment by BSNL, It will be great if you take this matter seriously and do the needful
