Amount deduction-unauthorised

Since 14th Jan continuous deduction of Rs. 5/- per day goes on unauthorisedly without my consent. When deduction started the sim was in use in Laptop and as such I could not activate any service-and still I do not know what service is this. No response from any of the concerned officers to whom emails sent. Call Centres-negative reply though complaints lodged on 17, 18 and 20 th-Request the amount so far deducted be refunded and compensation of rs. 50, 000 be awarded to me for harrassment. Very bad response from the concerned authorities. Complaint nos; A18UP1534383, A20UP1540104.

Pl. take my complaint in positive, and refund plus compensation be awarded
