VERY SLOW INTERNET

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Mr. Amar Kumar Das, using BSNL mobile no.(9434853713) of W.B Circle, fade up by the speed the BSNL SIM (9434853713) giving me. Now I am in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad-15, Gujarat; and I am using Internet from here. I am using BSNL 2G but the speed I am getting is half or one third of BSNL 2G SIM of Ahmedabad. From the last 15 days I am facing this problem. I have also made complain against this to BSNL customer care many times but instead of my repeated request my problem is not solved. That's why I am getting problem in my work.

So, in this situation I am requesting you to take necessary action against BSNL W.B. as soon as possible.
