Start DND

I am using BSNL Cellone number 9434418091. And I had already activated DND services by sending sms START DND to 1909 on 07-02 but I am getting messages and calls in frequent manner. I am very puzzled that no action has been taken yet now.

After waiting 45 days I have also complained (no. 5259324, dated 25-03) regarding the same in customer care, told me that there will be no calls within 2-3 days, but still i am getting the messages and my daily work schedule is affected due to these disturbances.
