Sir, /Madam,

I have requested to disconnect my WLL Telephone NO. 295053 on 16/06. Dues/Bills of this connection are cleared by me in the same month. Whereas I have contacted two or three times to Shri Sanwal Dass, S.D.O. Modinagar (Sonda Road). and three or four time chases on phone. But till now Security of above phone number did not reced. so far. Please arrange to deliver the security deposit.
