BSNL - WLL connection
Bills not being paid on on-line

I have a BSNL WLL connection. On the back of the bill it has been stated that the bill can be paid online through www.bsnl.co.in.

But actyally the bill is not being accepted saying that the tel. No.is not in existing. I have tried it several times. On enquiry with the authorities, they say that WLL bill cannot be paid online. My this time bill No is 849847047 Dated 04/03 .I have already complained to the concerned authorities. Kindly help me to solve the problem. My tel. No. is 02020270633 at Pune (Wakad Exchange). I am a senior citizen and cannot go to the exchange for paying bill every time by paying auto charges.
