BSNL WLL CONNECTION
Delay in installation

Dear Sir,

I had applied for a BSNL Wireless Landline Connection (Lead ID GJVAD 04111100034) for my residence at Vadodara on 04.11.11. I was told at that time that the instrument will be provided & the connection will be operational within a week. I had paid Rs. 500/- as Security Deposit (Demand Note No. VDRVDR36388) & was also informed that my Tel No. will be 0265 - 2978587 .

However, till date the instrument has not been provided in spite of regular follow ups. I was also asked to contact one Mr. Vivek Suresh Phadke (Mobile : 94083 48595) regarding this. However, Mr. Phadke also failed to do anything about this issue.

Please arrange to provide the connection at the earliest, as almost a month has elapsed since the payment.
