Lies, Lies and Lies and problem is still not sorted

Hi Friends,

I logged a complaint on 22/02 and I got a mail from Vel India telling that they are looking into my complaint, and they want my number so that they can call me with a resolution.

I have written a Email to them and was told that I will have a response in 2 days and still waiting for that.

Today I got a message telling me that they are unable to get in touch and they want me to call their toll free number and have another horrendous experience with their so called customer care (do they really care) who do not have a clue of service plans, their store representative are rude, abrupt and manner less who have guts to call a customer liar, so I have decided not to call them ever again and will move to another provider very soon.

I wanted to let everyone know please never ever fall for this company they are happy to screw not to help.

If in case you register a complaint they will send you automated message and close the complaint.
