Telephone services
Only incoming facility with my residential telephone for last 15 days

Dear sir

My residential telephone (BSNL) no. 91-376-2311353 is having the incoming facility only for more than 15 days despite regular payment of the bills. The online customer service is not at all working to redress my inconveniences in this region. Kindly look into the case.
