Mobile are not working properly

I have bought a Byond Q90 mobile phone

after few months it is not working properly and automatic switch off. I have given it to care on 08-03. they said it is software problem and few days, they says your phone not taking software and we will send your phone to company. iam telling ok please do it fast. and after 45 days he told me their is no service center of Byond in kurnool district (A.P). and their behavior is very bad.

please do something.
