"Landline Phone does not work properly"

Dear Sir,

I have booked a complaint on 4/3 with Calcutta Telephone as my landline phone (2460 1489) does not work properly. My docket no. is Q3231.I also met a senior officer Mr. S. Bhattacharrya and he assured me that the reparing w'd be done very quickly. But nothing hasbeen done till today.
