Sub: What is "One time Charge" – charged to our Bill No. 655665805 dt. 12/07

The abaove bill was received by us today (11/08) whereas you have charged Rs.500/- towards a “one time charges”. Kindly let us know why and how such extraction of money on such accounts are charged to telephone subscribers, without having the justification. Your website also did not give any explanation. As such, you are requested either to clarify such account or refund the amount to us at the earliest, since the due date is on 14/08, I am obliged to pay the same.

All your customer contact telephones and other telephones, numbering about 7, are also found left unmanned, hence this written complaint. Please justify
