Case of cheating

I had a response from their side lastly on 19th june, and since then there has been no activity from their side whatsoever for the problems faced by me. There are several issue

1) I have been barred from outgoing.

2) Since the activation of my 3G service, i m facing trouble, its activated but couldnt use.[Complaints made several times]

3) my plan changed without intimating me.

4) Every now and then services disrupted without intimating, my past track record clearly shows, everytime payment made on time.

5) SMS charges for the month of july, i cant understand that i had activated sms service, then how can you charge for it.

This is not the first time, it has happened couple of times earlier, when i had to get some extra charges waived off due to your mistake.
