Demand notice after receipt of bill amount

I got the broad band connection together with land line no.08413401800 fixed at manikonda hyd. Later on 15-6 for shift of broadband and land line from manikonda hyd to madhura nagar hyd as on the same day i moved to the latest address. But my request was attended after 45 days that is on 1-8. It is to inform you that after negotiations on lapses at your end you have finalized bill of arrears at Rs - .Accordingly i paid the same on 31-7 later only u have attended my request. But surprisingly

i received a cell phone message where in demanded to pay Rs 930/- towards the fixed line. Hence correct at your end and confirm the settlement of the account.
