Want to deactivate any scheme if active on my mobile

An amount of 5-10 rupees is being deducting every day from last 3 to 4 months while I have not activated any scheme. Please, help me to get out of this and deactivate any scheme if it is activated on my mobile (9810911809). Thanks.
