With humble submission we the sub franchies have submit the expiry of prepaid coupons which were was expired and nearer expiry to the franchies for replacement (the name of Franchise is Micro Power Engeneer Hyderpora Srinagar) in the year of May last year from that very day the franches are taking us a side by using that the authorities of BSNL are not issued the replacement of expiry cards till date these words they always use.

now we request your good self that please look into the matter otherwise we will mail to CMD and may go for legal justice.
