Outgoing barred

I am in bangalore. My mobile number is 9449028285. I have a cellone connection postpaid in bangaloreMy bill due date was 23 aug. I was not in station and completely forgot the pay the bill. But just within a week they disconnection my outgoing calls. I paid the bill of 30 aug. And Even then my outgoing was not released. I complained the next day. they said within 24 hours it will be active. I waited but no improvement. Again I called, they said within 5 hours. Again i waited. Its very irritating people to do this. I am business women, without out going calls its very difficult to manage. So i am planning to migrate to some other private people.
