Wrong Balance Deduction

My mobile number 9475504424

21st jun i have recharged with rs. 275/- for 3g mobile Internet package and got 500mb free usage facility for 30 days. But since last 4 days my surfing charges were deducting from my main balance instead of that 500 mb. And yesterday my balance was >rs.300/-. But uncertainly today i have found rs.224/- was deducted for no reason.

** And the most pathetic part is, bsnl customer care is does not have any information about their customers account. Then whats the use of customer care?

Today is the 4th day of my balance deduction. And still I don't know the reason behind such deduction. I think at least they should provide info about the charges they are deducting??
