Unwanted sms from bsnl

I have two bsnl mobile connections, i.e. 9491235899 and 9441692811

but i received unwanted sms from the provider of bsnl network and deducting the money from my mobiles without my knowledge. Hence i request you to pl keep into my mobile nos

DO NOT DISTURB MODE WITH UNWANTED SMS to avoid irritation on bsnl network
