Deduction of additional service charge without asking the same

I have got a cellone sim card of BSNL prepaid in which not only I frequently get unsolicited SMS ads but service charge of Rs 50 are frequently deducted. Customer care is most unfriendly, and unable to solve the problem. My cell no is 9493447441. Please help to get back the amount deducted toward additional service which I have never used.
