I am getting unsolicited sms from the following number.918144791017. How can I get the details so that I could make a complaint. Do the cellphone service providers have a online directory. Why there is no such directory like that of the old printed telephone directories. Is the TRAI aware of these difficulties of customers. Should we not make mandatory the directories.
