Incorrect billing address

Hi,

its regarding incorrect billing address.

my name is durga narayan singh and mobile no is 9483501427, i am not receiving my BSNL Bill because of incorrect pin code which is printed in bsnl bill (560009) correct pin code is 560056 which i have filled in correct in application form, when i went to BSNL office for correction, they are asking to me go to main BSNL office and request for address change request moreover i called customer care no 9448024365, they gave me local office no and contact person name which is Gita adiga and no is 26549770, i call mentioned no but i am getting response " number does not exist "

now when i am calling to customer care 9448024365 i am not getting option to speak with customer care Representative...
