The goddamn company has been time and again setting unsolicited callertunes. it has happened twice in last 3 days. the customer care exec outrightly drnied reembersing my money. and this happens despite many previous issues of the same nature. last time (about 3 months back) i had to literally walk into the customer care centre for repeatedly setting callertunes. he assured us that this will not happen again but it was not to be..

i am a doctor and callertune which are set are outrageously bold and do not suit my profession. i experience damage to my social strature 'cause of this nuisance. please see to it the caller tune notifications do not appear after every call that i make..
