Sir,

Today (01-04-12 at 10:34 am) i received an sms from AD-54321 saying "Thanks for Downloading Pack Purchase from Airtel. You have been charged Rs.90". Actually i didn't downloaded anything. My mobile was not in use. I called customer care and they are saying that you downloaded a paid package that time but i didn't did so.

Kindly help me to get my refund.
